For those who know me, and even if you've read a few of my blog entries, you know that compliments do not come often from me. However, if you're an English Toffee or candy lover, you've simply got to try Scotchwood English Toffee from the Scotchwood Candy Company at http://www.scotchwoodtoffee.com or http://www.scotchwoodcandy.com for what I really think is the best I've ever tasted.
I've picked up various high-end brands from time to time at our local Kowalski's Market and other fine gourmet retailers, but compared to this hand-made Scotchwood Toffee, nothing else really compares -- especially for the price!
Their Scotchwood samplers and gift sets make for a great holiday gift to a loved one or to bring along to a party. I've yet to hear from anyone, Caroline and I have given this to, that they didn't love it.
