Apple fanboys everywhere are celebrating today. Twenty five years ago today, Steve Jobs first introduced the Apple Macintosh (128k). It contained a Motorola 68000 processor running at 8 MHz, with 128k of RAM, a 400k 3.5" floppy drive (no hard drive - the system and programs had to be loaded from floppy), a single button mouse, keyboard, and a 9" monochrome screen. It sold for $2500 originally.

After a number of years with the same blog (and little to no updating),
I thought it was time to clean house. Out with the old, in with the new
- which included any and all content. Who wants to read 3 year old
ramblings of a little known character like myself anyway.
So,
here it is. The new experiment. Not that I expect the updates will be
any more frequent than before (especially since most of my 'blogging'
occurs on FaceBook these days), there may still be some purpose for
this blog to exist.
